Gujarat Itinerary for 4 Days is built on our Gujarat itinerary — Gujarat rarely makes the standard South India travel-agent circuit, which is part of why we like sending people there — the white salt desert of the Rann of Kutch, Gir's Asiatic lions found nowhere else on Earth, and the Somnath and Dwarka temple circuit along the coast. It's a longer haul between stops than Kerala or Goa, so we keep driving days realistic rather than cramming three cities into one afternoon.

Sample Itinerary

1. Day 1

   Arrive Ahmedabad

   Airport pickup, visit Sabarmati Ashram, evening at leisure.

2. Day 2

   Ahmedabad to Bhuj / Rann of Kutch

   Drive to Kutch, evening at the White Rann (seasonal, Nov-Feb for the festival).

3. Day 3

   Kutch to Gir

   Long drive to Gir, check in and rest for the next day's safari.

4. Day 4

   Gir National Park Safari

   Morning jeep safari for Asiatic lions, drive onward to Somnath.

5. Day 5

   Somnath and Dwarka

   Somnath Temple darshan, drive to Dwarka for evening aarti at Dwarkadhish Temple.

6. Day 6

   Departure

   Transfer to Jamnagar or Rajkot airport for your onward flight.
